My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the rooms were clean and the hot tub was nice, the service was terribly lacking, which made my stay frustrating. I ran into multiple issues check-in and with the shuttle service. The facility seems to need better management and organization, making it hard to recommend.

My recent stay at this hotel reminded me of their great Park and Fly offers, but unfortunately, I've also experienced some serious hiccups. The rooms can be comfortable and spacious, but I had a shocking experience with the cleanliness in one of the rooms. Service was inconsistent, with some staff being very helpful, especially during shuttle operations, while others seemed unprofessional. Overall, the hotel seems to be slipping in quality, which is disappointing considering my past positive experiences.
